Wynyard Planetarium
Wynyard Planetarium and Observatory are popular and invaluable education and entertainment resources of Teesside Astronomical Science Centre (TASC). Working with the Countryside and Greenspace section of the local authority we work closely with the countryside rangers to promote interest in the environment and natural heritage of the world around and above us.
With the help of local astronomical societies we plan to offer a range of astronomy related events, activities and services aimed at informing, educating and entertaining schools, colleges, community groups and the general public in all aspects of space science.
